The assembly i used only had about 2mm of space on the barrel, which required folding and flexing the rubber boot to make it fit Fortunately the rubber boot is very flexible (at least in the summer). Changing headlight bulbs on '09 vibe By vibenvy » sun oct 20, 2013 7:31 pm it's a tight fit, but you should be able to change the bulbs without removing the headlight housings and/or bumper cover
